Stratus™ Cloud

The Stratus™ Cloud is a precision-crafted 24”x48”x2” acoustic cloud positioned above the listening area to eliminate ceiling-to-floor standing waves, early reflections, and flutter echo. When installed, the Stratus™ delivers greater intimacy, a more prominent sweet spot, and better stereo imaging. The modular design comes complete with aluminum side rails that create a high-tech finished look and allow several Stratus™ kits to be connected to form a sizeable continuous cloud that covers the total listening/work area.

Attractive and very affordable, the Stratus™ ships in kit form and is easily put together in minutes using a simple screwdriver. The kit includes a 2″ thick acoustic panel (24″ x 48″) made from high density 6lb per cubic foot glass wool and suspension hardware, consisting of two light-weight aluminum rails and L brackets that form a rigid frame around the panel. Attach the included suspension wire to the frame to hang the Stratus. Hardware and fasteners for sheet-rock ceilings are included in the kit. Typically, the Stratus would be suspended above the console and clustered in an array spanning the width of your console and listening.

Available in two-panel fabric colors with natural aluminum sides, it is now available in Paintable Absolute White to match most room decors.
